Hierarchy analysis in paleochannel reservoir architecture：A case study

Taking 11J11 dense drilling zone，Gudao Oilfield，Shengli petroleum province as a case，according to core，well logging and performance data，combining outcrop and modern deposition study on meandering river，the systemic analyzing method of subsurface reservoir architecture of the meandering river is established. On the basis of accurate sequence frame and architecture elements interpretation in single well，the method of hierarchy analysis and model fitting is applied in architecture anatomy，four architecture hierarchies，composite meander belt，single meander belt，single point bar and lateral accretion sandbody are identified and anatomized. Research results are accorded with sedimentary pattern of the meandering river and performance data in the study area，indicating this method is reasonable. Threedimensional reservoir architecture model is set up precisely，spatial characteristics of lateral accretion shale beddings in point bar are exhibited，which are scientific reasons for remaining oil distribution controlled by reservoir architecture. The application effects of this method in Gudao Oilfield are good and can be used in other similar oilfields.
