Guishan Cu-Pb-Zn deposit is a small and medium sized copper and associated with lead-zinc polymetallic deposit, which is newly discovered in Shatanjiao ore field of Tongling ore concentration in recent years. The orebodies of this deposit are mainly found in the Qingshan granite diorite-porphyry, and the contact zone of carbonate rock of Nanlinghu Formation in Triassic with the porphyry body. This paper analyses the characteristics of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, sulful and lead isotope of the ore, basing on the study of geological characteristics of the deposit, and discuss the source of ore-forming fluid and ore-forming material. The result showing that, the δ13CV-PDB of calcite is between −3.2‰ and 2.0‰, the δ18OV-SMOW is between 8.3‰ and 15.2‰, the δDV-SMOW of the quartz fluid inclusions is between −112.6‰ and −96.8‰, the δ18OV-SMOW is between 10.5‰ and 14.7‰, the δ34S of sulfide in ore is between −0.9‰ and 4.1‰, with the feature of tower distribution, the 206Pb /204Pb of ore is between 18.409 and 18.585, 207Pb/204Pb is between 15.588 and 15.703, 208Pb/204Pb is between 38.483 and 38.843. It reflects that the ore-forming fluid is mainly derived from the magmatic water and a few of which come from the addition of atmospheric precipitation. The magma which produces ore-forming fluid by differentiation is from mantle, and associated with substance of the upper crust. The dissolution of magma and mantle is accompanied by the mixing in carbon from the stratum.
