The process evolution of overpressure of Junggar Basin Dongdao Haizibei depression only provided the relative time, concept, and qualitative understanding, which has not achieved the quantitative result. In this paper, the author takes the Dongdao Haizibei depression as an example. Based on single well and two dimensional simulation technology of maturity hydrocarbon generation history, adopting hydrocarbon generating pressurization model to analyze the overpressure caused by J1b hydrocarbon generating pressurization. The results show that the Dongdao Haizibei depression J1b is the main hydrocarbon source rocks, and it also has the characteristic of episodic expulsion. The bottom of J1b hydrocarbon source rock experienced three overpressure increasing and two overpressure releasing processes. The three overpressure increasing times are 170～70 Ma、55～23 Ma、10～0 Ma, the corresponding maximum pressure coefficient is 2, and the maximum residual fluid pressure is 50 MPa. The release time of the two overpressure is 70～55 Ma、23～10 Ma; the two overpressure times are 130～40 Ma and 23～0 Ma respectively. The top of J1b hydrocarbon source rock only developed one hydrocarbon expulsion process, the two overpressure increasing time are 130～40 Ma, 23～0 Ma, and the corresponding maximum pressure coefficient can also reach 2, the maximum residual fluid pressure is 44 MPa, and the overpressure releasing time is 40～23 Ma.
